P1 Group’s single-source capabilities allowed us to renovate efficiently while allowing the hospital to remain open.
P1 Group was selected to renovate six dental and medical clinic buildings at the Luke Air Force Base. The design-build project highlights P1's single-source capabilities, as P1 Group self-performed the sheet metal, plumbing, test and balance, pipefitting, controls and insulation work. P1 renovated seven of the eleven areas in the hospital in phases so that it remained open during construction.
