Partnering with StructSure Projects and putting our single-source capabilities to work, P1 had the opportunity to be a critical part of this major design-build remodel project.

P1 Group developed solutions to several challenges by replacing and upgrading the mechanical infrastructure system. Ultimately, our solution improved indoor air quality and occupant thermal comfort, optimized energy performance, and reduced maintenance. The project included air distribution systems; hydronic systems; commissioning; plumbing and medical gas components and systems; temperature controls

P1 performed HVAC piping and plumbing, and partnered with subcontractors performing sheet metal, controls, insulation, test and balance, and hoisting.
